Florida pre-paid debit card for unemployment

Great timing!  Today I received in the mail my State of Fkorida debit card that I can use to access my unemployment compensate!  This is so cool.   However, I've been back in the workplace for 13 months and off employment since may 2013.  Wonder why it took so long to receive this card!
