This was pressure washed to remove the mud daubers and other debri. The cracked cheap-ass stucco was repaired and the entire entry way repainted. Next we will add a white frame around the door to cover the missing stucco and also paint the white trim. I'm not painting the entire house because that requires a permit from the HOA and who knows what else. I told the HOA I wanted to 'touch-up' the paint and they said no problem. Well, my touch-up is defined as painting the entire entry way so it isn't so disgusting upon entrance. Next, the front door. The guys will sand and paint it bright white, It is grey and has little rust spots all over it right now.
