Shopping at the flea market.
We then took the subway to the station nearest the Brooklyn Bridge and we walked across the bridge.
After we finally made it to the other side (it's not really that far, it was just REALLY HOT and we stopped a few times to sit in the shade) we walked to the next train station and headed back to the village. We sat in Washington Square Park for a while before heading to dinner. We passed the Terra Blues club and one of my favs was smiling at me from the window:
