After the cruise…. Those barriers were moved almost far enough out of the way. They are made of plastic and I moved them more so that we could get the damn car out of there and get on the road. At first I thought the car was totally trapped. When we parked there a week earlier there was no indication that we should not park there. In fact, this was one of the last parking spots. We were surrounded when we parked. All alone when we left!
