New garage door! Just needs painted

I love my new garage door!  It looks just like the old wood door but it is lightweight aluminum and the seal/weatherstrip will keep out the snakes, squirrels, lizards, frogs, and bugs!    Now I just need to get the dark green paint on it and I'm all set.

Verizon box that is an eyesore.  Dishes outside.  I wish there was a way to prohibit this excessive equipment.

Stove

I forgot to take pics of the oven. However, after seeing the stove top and refrigerator.... You can imagine.  Yes.  It is disgusting and will be removed.

I don't know how people can live like this. How can someone go to the market, buy fresh food, and put it in this disgusting appliance. This will be removed and replaced.  These people think they are getting their deposit back.  No way.
