Roux belated birthday dinner

> David, LynAnn, and Caroline. Top pic is gator tail. Then pork tenderloin. Final is Caroline's duck. We tried all sorts of things. Four appetizers. Etc. the sweet potato mashed and the Brussels sprouts with bacon were my fav.
