Evolution of quiche.
Pie Dough/crusts
Bacon fried/onions grilled in some bacon grease
Veggies
Cheese, heavy cream, salt, pepper, nutmeg, eggs
Out of the oven
what to do with leftover crust scraps?  make tarts of course!
